Starting my hair journey yet again. I am transitioning to natural and plan on trimming the relaxed hair off every 6-8 weeks. I will be using bantu knots, flexi rods, twist outs, and braids as my protective styling for the rest of the year. I do have a color in my hair but will not be coloring until all of my relaxed hair has grown out. My ultimate goal is to have mid back length natural hair. I believe that this will take at least 5 years to obtain. I am excited for my new journey and will be updating weekly with pictures of protective styles and every 2 months with length checks.
I will be updating with a beginning picture when I wash and condition on Tuesday.
